• Orders once placed cannot be modified; cancellations are subject to seller approval.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Return & Refund Policy

• Customers are requested to check the product quality and quantity at the time of delivery.
• Once the order is accepted and delivery is completed, no return, refund, or exchange will be entertained.
• In case of a wrong item delivered, please inform the delivery person immediately.
• Fruits, vegetables, dairy products, and other perishable items cannot be returned once accepted at delivery.
• If any item is found damaged, missing, or expired, the customer must report it at the time of delivery only.
• Once the customer has checked and accepted the order, the shop/company will not be liable for any issue reported later.

• Order Cancellation
• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after they are out for delivery.
• In case of cancellation before dispatch, the customer may contact our support team.

• Shop’s Final Decision
• The shop reserves the right to take the final decision in case of any disputes related to return or refund.
