1. No Return After Acceptance
Since we provide home delivery, customers are requested to check the product at the time of delivery.
Once the product is accepted, no return or refund will be applicable.
2. Eligible Cases for Return/Refund
Refund or replacement will be considered only if:
- Product is damaged
- Product is expired
- Wrong product is delivered
3. Return Process
If a customer wants to return a product, they must:
- Visit our shop physically for return
- OR
- Wait for our delivery staff to pick up the product (as per our schedule)
4. Refund Process
Refund (if approved) will be processed:
- Either in cash
- OR
- Adjusted in next order
5. Time for Return Request
Customer must report the issue within 2 hours of delivery.
6. Important Notes
- Slight differences in product packaging or brand (if informed) are not eligible for return.
- Perishable items (milk, vegetables, etc.) may not be eligible unless quality issue is proven.
